• Our core team brings expertise in product design, management, and sales/marketing.
• We've engaged with over 300 professional creatives, including industry leaders from AIGA, NASA JPL, and prominent academic institutions, validating our approach and refining our product vision.
• Two interactive prototypes for our 'Create' solution demonstrate the potential of our technology in real-world applications.
• A comprehensive business plan with a 3-year revenue projection guides our strategic growth.

The Role
We're seeking a visionary Co-founder ML + Software Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of creative technology. As a key member of the founding team, you'll be instrumental in developing and implementing the core ML and software architecture that powers Dialogue's unique features. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, bootstrap environment and can rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the technical vision and strategy for Dialogue, aligning with overall business goals
• Lead the development and implementation of core ML and software infrastructure
• Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge technologies to enhance Dialogue's capabilities
• Oversee the design and development of key product features and functionalities
• Foster a culture of rapid prototyping, testing, and iteration within the technical team
• Collaborate closely with other co-founders to refine product vision and go-to-market strategy
• Make critical technical decisions that balance innovation with practicality and resource constraints
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to keep Dialogue at the forefront of the industry
• Build and mentor a high-performing technical team as the company grows

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in ML and software engineering, with a focus on computer vision and generative AI
• Strong background in developing and deploying large-scale ML models
• Expertise in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with image processing libraries and frameworks
• Familiarity with creative software and design processes is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively about technical challenges
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for revolutionizing creative technology
• Bootstrap mindset: Ability to work efficiently with limited resources, prioritize effectively, and deliver MVP solutions quickly
• Rapid prototyping skills: Experience in quickly building and testing functional prototypes to validate ideas
• Agile approach: Comfort with fast-paced development cycles and ability to pivot based on user feedback and market needs
