Job Summary:
The Finance & Compliance Specialist will play a vital role in managing Jodaro's cash flow, ensuring seamless domestic and international payments, and navigating the complexities of export-related compliances.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing invoicing, B2B payments, and other financial processes crucial to the company's operations, with a particular focus on facilitating crossborder commerce activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cash Flow Management:
   Monitor and manage all aspects of cash flow, including domestic and international payments.
   Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
   Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.

2. Export Compliance:
   Stay abreast of export regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and procedures.
   Prepare and submit necessary export documentation.
   Liaise with customs authorities and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth export transactions.
   Invoicing and B2B Payments:

3. Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers.
   Process and track B2B payments.
   Manage accounts receivable and collections.
   Cross-Border Commerce:

4. Facilitate cross-border payments and transactions.
   Manage foreign exchange risk.
   Coordinate with international partners and stakeholders
   Other Financial Processes:

5. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
   Prepare financial reports and analysis.
   Support internal and external audits

Qualifications:

1. Education: Qualified CA with Bachelor's/Master's degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of cash flow management, invoicing, and B2B payments.
• Knowledge of export regulations and compliance procedures.
• Experience with cross-border commerce is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
