Job Description
We're seeking a high-performing Account Executive to join our team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you'll be instrumental in converting inbound demos to paying customers.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve a 40% win rate on assigned demos
- Convert 20% of Product-Led Growth (PLG) leads from self-service signups
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct effective needs discovery to uncover prospect pain points and motivations
- Manage and guide customers through free trials, ensuring successful completion
- Engage multiple stakeholders in the sales cycle through various communication channels
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage resources and ensure customer success
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve your sales skills
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, with experience selling products with an ACV range of $3K to $25K
- Strong understanding of AI and customer support technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to managing free trials and converting them to paying customers
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to work night shifts as required to align with US customer timings
