We’re focused on improving the visibility and performance of Google Business Profiles, and we are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity for fresh graduates with a strong analytical mindset to work on real-world products and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data from Google Business Profiles to identify patterns and insights that drive profile views and leads.
• Design and conduct experiments to test different strategies for optimizing Google Business Profiles.
• Collaborate with the team to develop data-driven hypotheses, and analyze results to determine what tactics work best.
• Use SQL and other data tools to gather, analyze, and visualize data for reporting and decision-making.
• Independently troubleshoot challenges, and develop new approaches to optimize profile performance.
• Continuously monitor key metrics and present insights in a clear, actionable format.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and extract meaningful insights.
• Familiarity with SQL for querying databases and handling data.
• Comfortable with figuring things out independently, learning quickly, and applying knowledge to solve real-world problems.
• Ability to communicate findings and present data in a clear and concise manner.

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with basic Local SEO concepts is a plus (but not required).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for more advanced data analysis (optional).
