Job Summary:

As a UI/UX & Graphic Designer at SmallBigGrowth, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our clients' websites, applications, and marketing materials. You will collaborate with our development team to ensure that designs are translated into functional and intuitive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• User research and analysis to understand target audiences and their needs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Enjoy working for SAAS, Technology companies to understand complex projects and design them into simple designs for users.
• Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that are consistent with brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain design systems, including style guides and component libraries.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the development process.
• Optimize designs for various devices and screen sizes.
• Branding and Storytelling for the clients on various touch points such as logos, icons, and illustrations, case studies, sales decks and other marketing materials.
• Building engaging content for social media with the content team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for creating innovative and engaging designs.
