About the job
Artemest is seeking an experienced Account Manager based in New York City to drive revenue growth and build brand awareness within the architectural and interior design (A&D) community. This role focuses on managing key accounts, fostering strong client relationships, and leveraging growing opportunities in residential, hospitality, and retail projects.
Key Responsabilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue among key accounts in NYC, with a focus on residential, hospitality, and luxury retail sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities with developers and interior designers involved in large-scale projects.
- Prospect and engage with A&D firms and luxury clients to maximize brand exposure and generate sales.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth project management and order fulfillment.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
- Understand clients’ needs and offer tailored solutions and product recommendations.
- Communicate regularly about new collections, promotions, and project updates, ensuring exceptional service.
Project & Operational Management:
- Coordinate custom and bespoke product requests with the trade project team in Milan for flawless execution.
- Oversee post-sale processes, resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM systems with updated leads, project details, and client interactions.
Brand Promotion & Events:
- Attend key industry events in NYC to enhance Artemest’s visibility in the design community.
- Conduct tutorials and presentations on Artemest’s product offerings, customization options, and trade benefits.
- Support the Vice President of Artemest US in planning and executing trade event strategies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience in design, luxury goods, or online marketplaces.
- Proven success in business development and growing revenue, particularly in residential, hospitality, or retail markets.
- Strong relationships with top A&D firms in NYC and deep knowledge of the interior design industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for luxury craftsmanship and e-commerce
