With studios in New York City, the Hamptons, Philadelphia, Indiana, Beverly Hills, Dubai, Bangkok and
Mumbai, along with our live online and video on demand platform, Physique 57 continues to attract an

Physique 57 is seeking a Head of Marketing, National (HOM) for its growing presence in India. The HOM
should have significant time management skills, a knack for multitasking, strong team building &
leadership skills as well as the ability to strategically build & manage budgets.
The HOM reports to the COO, and will directly manage the company’s Marketing teams & agencies.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategy -
o Turn business objectives into a robust and effective marketing strategy to help the
business achieve its goals.
• Budget –
o manage and report on the monthly marketing budget.
• Team Management –
o hire, lead, train and motivate a full time marketing team.
• Agency Management –
o Hire, train & manage the city wise content, design, digital & performance marketing
agencies.
• Stakeholder Management –
o work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across sales, client servicing and
training to ensure there is buy in, understanding & a robust rollout plan for future
marketing campaigns.
• Sales Support –
o support the sales team with collateral, content, training & key messaging to help them
convert more prospects.
• Demand Generation –
o utilise a variety of tactics to generate leads and drive pipeline growth as per the Sales
departments outlined funnel expectation
• Content Building & Marketing –
o Oversee, through our agency, the organization & execution of all relevant content &
related marketing activities within a calendar
• Digital Hygiene–
o End to end responsibility for the optimal functioning of the brand website
o ensure content is up to date, relevant & optimised for SEO
o Actively work with our Performance & Digital agency to build the brands presence
across our social channels – LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & Google
• Identify & engage with potential sponsors, B2B, D2C platforms and promotional opportunities
• Marketing Department –
o Hire, structure, train, lead and direct the marketing department
o Ensure departmental alignment with business goals
o Effective resource allocation
• Ensure adherence to Brand Language & Guidelines across all brand platforms & internal &
external communications
• Marketing Plans –
o develop and execute comprehensive monthly, quarterly & annual marketing plans to
drive brand awareness and profitability
o Ensure optimal usage of associations & platforms like brand collaborations, influencer
engagement, community groups & communities, corporates and more
• Analyze marketing performance metrics, including market research, competitor analysis, and
campaign results.
• Build & nurture strong relationships with active & VIP clients in order to grow brand loyalty &
goodwill
Shift timings and hours of work:
• The Employee’s shift timings and hours of work per day will be governed by the
applicable policies of the Employer.
• Without prejudice to the above, the Employee must be available to work 6 days per
week, including either Saturdays or Sundays and must also be able to work flexible
schedules including weekends, nights, early mornings and holidays.
• The Employee shall be required to work a maximum of 48 hours each week.
• For the purpose of this Agreement, a “week” begins on Sunday and ends on
Saturday.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent verbal and literary English skills
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness
• Senior Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing from a luxury, fast growing business
with experience in leading and directing a marketing department.
• Demonstrable experience of building and executing marketing strategies that
positively impact awareness and pipeline growth.
• Excellent written skills with the ability to present at board level and inspire a team.
• Broad experience across online and offline marketing channels.
• Excellent relationship building skills.
• Track record of managing external agencies.
• Budget management experience
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Availability to travel for studio expansion plans or training programs
