Job Requirement - Business Analyst - Dostt

The incoming person will combine their analytical skills with business context in order to drive business goals for Dostt.
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the business manager and business head on business level metrics like Monthly PnL, supply costs, revenue projections

Experiment with discounts and offers on different user cohorts to increase repeat ARPU and paying user retention

Work on dashboards and tracking to improve supply retention and performance (call duration, pick up rate etc)

Requirements:

You’ll need to have…

1-2 years of work experience in a consumer facing product company or management consulting.

Expertise and hands-on with SQL, Dashboarding tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Ability to work on high amount of unstructured data and to discover actionable insights.

Ability to take end to end ownership: understanding the business expectation, deciding the approach, doing ETLs, data exploration, insights discovery, communication and driving solution implementation with business.

Can-Do-Attitude: A positive attitude and passion for learning in fast-paced environments. We move fast!

Result-oriented. Should be self-motivated to try new ideas & quickly iterate to reach the desired outcome.

Expertise with Metabase/Mixpanel.

Expertise with Python.
