Role Overview:

We are seeking a Funnel Builder / Performance Marketing Lead with strong hands-on experience in building and optimizing landing pages, setting up automated email sequences, and driving performance marketing strategies. This role requires a balance of technical proficiency in funnel mechanics and a strategic mindset for performance marketing. You will be responsible for creating optimized marketing funnels, designing campaigns, and integrating various tools and platforms for seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Landing Page Creation: Build and optimize high-converting landing pages using no-code tools. Experience with platforms like Kajabi is a plus.
  • Funnel Management: Design and implement full marketing funnels, including opt-in forms, call-to-actions, and lead capture mechanisms (sending data to Google Spreadsheets or CRMs).
  • Automated Email Sequences: Set up onboarding email sequences for opt-ins or purchases, nurture sequences for leads, and cart abandonment sequences to drive conversions.
  • Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute paid advertising strategies on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (including YouTube), and potentially LinkedIn Ads.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Set up tracking systems (pixels, connectors, etc.) to measure conversion rates at each step of the funnel and provide regular performance reports.
  • Tool Experimentation: Continuously experiment with new tools such as video surveys (Right Message, VideoAsk) for qualifying leads and segmenting audiences.
  • Integration of Marketing Tools: Integrate CRM systems with marketing tools like video mail platforms (e.g., Bonjoro) for smooth data flow and visibility into lead stages and sales performance.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • No-Code Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with no-code tools for building landing pages (Kajabi experience preferred but not mandatory).
  • Email Automation: Expertise in setting up and managing email sequences for onboarding, nurturing, and cart abandonment.
  • Performance Marketing: Strong understanding of Meta and Google Ads, with hands-on experience designing and optimizing campaigns. LinkedIn Ads experience is a plus but not required.
  • Analytics & Tracking: Proficient in setting up pixels and other connectors to track ad conversions and funnel performance.
  • Tech Integration: Ability to integrate marketing tools (e.g., CRM, video mail tools) to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
  • Fresh Ideas & Experimentation: A mindset for innovation, experimenting with new tools and technologies to optimize marketing efforts.

Work Commitment:

  • Full-time role requiring 8 hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
  • You should be available during 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM India time.
