CTO Founder Associate

Hi!

My team and I are looking for a Hacker to join our squad to deliver a bunch of features. This would be a freelance gig with the opportunity to join us as CTO founder associate or tech lead.

Who we are?

Alteam is a hub that helps startups unlock product growth. We connect them with the right person and expertise at the right time to solve their challenge. Our speciality has been to rescue startups that faced a "CTO fallout" or had a poorly built product by an agency. We have built a couple of AI-powered tools to make the connection and facilitate onboarding a tech consultant fast.

What are we looking for...

We need an experienced developer who loves to code and has a passion for tech startups to augment our core team and eventually take the lead as we raise funding. Regarding the tech stack, we use AWS, OpenAI (we are also open to using another model), Node.js, Typescript, and React.js. Good to have: you know and can prove the basics of fine-tuning an AI model.

We have a 1-week intense in-person sprint from the 28th of October to the 1st of November in Brighton. If you are available, we can pay your travel, hotel and hourly rate to accelerate an idea, meet our team, and get to know you further.
