Job Summary
Temp to Permanent. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated B2B Top of Funnel Caller/Rep to join our team. With good performance, the role goes permanent in 3 months. Base + Upside.
The ideal candidate is a accountable, fast learner, hungry, coachable, organized, possess excellent work ethics. You're accountable to intake quota. Your performance during the initial 3 months will determine your eligibility for a permanent position.
After a year as an SDR, we will collaboratively decide whether to keep you in the SDR role or transition you to a full-cycle Account Executive (AE) position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct at least 200-250 cold calls daily to generate and qualify leads.
- Hit weekly intake quota
- Know your numbers well and remedy as needed
- Update and maintain accurate information in the CRM system.
- Stay organized and prioritize workflow to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- College educated.
- Must sound intelligent, educated, and have excellent phone manners.
- Previous experience as a cold caller is required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must demonstrate a high level of accountability and ownership.

OTE Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year (Base is $40-50k. If you are kept on, you will make OTE)
