We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Rep with a determination to win deals and accelerate growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their product knowledge to build the company's brand, identify key decision makers, acquire new clients, and build scalable sales development processes. This is one of those rare opportunities to have a huge impact on a company's direction and top performers will have the ability to move up the ladder very quickly. This is a great fit if you LOVE the top of the funnel, methodologies of sequencing, and the art of the introduction.
What you’ll do:
- Become an expert on Leverage, possessing in-depth knowledge of our product and value proposition.
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers, setting up meetings for all qualified leads.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound calling and emailing to decision-makers.
- Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
- Lead list sourcing and generation across different verticals.
- Evaluate prospects and proactively maintain the pipeline using our CRM (Hubspot).
- Articulate learnings back to the Leverage team for product roadmap prioritization.
- Have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Master the art of cold calling - experience on the phones and using an autodialer (Orum) is a huge plus
What you’ll need:
- 2 - 5 years of outbound B2B sales experience.
- BA/BBA/BS degree preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Self-starter with a competitive nature and desire to grow within sales.
- Ability to prospect and identify new business opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and process building mindset with the ability to work within a sales development process while simultaneously building and improving it.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience managing sales pipelines in CRMs.
- A willingness to get on the phones and experiment to find the right pitches for the right personas in our ICP

- Experience using Hubspot.
- Experience cold calling - especially into mid size manufacturers
- Prior experience and a network in the supply chain industry.

The base salary range for this role is between $60k - $80k plus commission structure. The actual salary offered will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, and the successful candidate's overall fit within our organization and total package will include components such as benefits and stock options.
