Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify top-tier technical talent in the US and India. Screen candidates to ensure they meet our qualifications and cultural fit.
2. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future roles, including engineering, product, and design positions.
3. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
4. Offer Extension: Coordinate with hiring managers to extend offers and negotiate terms.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in a lean startup environment.
2. Strong understanding of the tech industry and current market trends.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
5. Experience hiring in both the US and India is a plus.
6. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
