Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS sales. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. You will work closely with the Sales Director to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach. Utilization of sales sequence platforms to manage your daily tasks, custom outbound email, and Linkedin.
Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Sales Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Ensure favorable terms for both the client and DoctusTech.
Account Management: Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position DoctusTech’s offerings.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients.
Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to the Sales Director.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in the SaaS or healthtech industry.
Complex Deal Management: Must have experience in selling contract value >$50,000 USD annually with a complex sales process involving multiple stakeholders.
SAAS Sales: Deep knowledge of scoping working in and out of contracts working with client IT teams supported by DoctusTech’s product team.
Killer deal sourcing instincts: Demonstrated ability to generate opportunities both from inbound and outbound leads equally.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
