Executive Director of Managed Services

Job Overview:
The Executive Director of Managed Services at The Turing Forge will be responsible for overseeing and expanding our Managed Services division, ensuring seamless service delivery, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. This executive role is ideal for a highly driven leader with a passion for technology and business transformation. You will help build the managed services arm of our business, working directly with clients, leading our technical teams, and growing this line of business into a core pillar of The Turing Forge.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Lead the strategic direction of the Managed Services division, setting goals and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Service Delivery: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all client service delivery meets or exceeds agreed-upon standards, SLAs, and business outcomes.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for their managed services needs. Collaborate with clients to identify areas for optimization and service improvement.
• Team Management: Lead and grow a high-performing team of managed services professionals, driving development and maintaining a culture of excellence.
• Business Growth: Drive the expansion of the Managed Services division, identifying new business opportunities, expanding current engagements, and helping position The Turing Forge as a leader in AI-driven managed services.
• Innovation: Leverage emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, and automation to continuously enhance our service offerings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other business units and leadership, including the Business Unit Executive, to create synergies across The Turing Forge’s service offerings.

Key Qualifications:
• Proven Leadership: 10+ years of experience in managed services or IT service management, with a demonstrated ability to lead and grow teams.
• Client-Centric: Strong client relationship management skills with experience in building long-term partnerships and delivering on complex service agreements.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud services, AI, machine learning, and automation technologies with the ability to integrate these into managed service offerings.
• Business Growth: Proven track record of growing service delivery lines and increasing revenue streams within a technology-driven company.
