Weare looking to hire a highly motivated, well-spoken Inside Sales Specialist who can assist
EasyEcom with customer acquisition. As an Inside Sales Specialist, your daily job would involve
identifying, nurturing, and turning leads into customers. An ideal candidate should be able to
explain our product offering to the leads, and thereby close leads and increase revenue.

EasyEcom is an industry-leading omnichannel inventory management and reconciliation solution
for eCommerce businesses and multichannel retailers like Epigamia, Mondelez International, My
Glamm, Borosil, Prestige, etc. We are persistently growing, from a few hundred clients to over
5000+ global clients, a handful of dedicated team members to 130+ members strong team, and
being VC funded, we are continuing to expand over and beyond.
**** Responsibilities:****
● Obtain contact information of potential customers through cold calling, internet research
(business directories, digital resources, etc), and emailing.
● Understanding client needs and suggesting our product based on their need and problem
areas.
● Qualify leads from the marketing campaigns and maintain a database (CRM) of the
potential leads.
● Understanding the offerings and benefits of the product and explaining the same to the
leads, answering their questions, and converting them to Product demos.
● Stayupdated with the new product features and offerings and explain the changes to the
existing and new customers.
● Should be able to meet the monthly lead targets.
● Should conduct customer follow-ups and should ensure the product demos are conducted.
● Ensuring CRMis updated on a timely basis.
● Teamwithchannel partners to build pipelines.
**** Requirements:****
● Abachelor’s degree. Candidates with a bachelor's in technology or business are
preferred
● Prior experience in the field of technical sales/inside sales
● 0-2years of experience in Enterprise sales
● Excellent communication skills and listening skills
● Fluency in both English and Hindi. Any other language fluency is a plus
● Should possess customer service skills, and sales acumen to close leads.
● Should be able to quickly get a thorough understanding of the company's product
● Should be able to multitask and manage time effectively.
● Musthavegood computer skills. The candidate should be able to work on Microsoft
Office and CRM
● Should be able to work independently
