About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive with a solid background in management consulting, particularly someone experienced in building comprehensive business cases and developing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have worked at a recognized management consulting firm, demonstrating a proven ability to create value for enterprise clients.

This position is not just about sales—it’s an opportunity to grow into a Global Sales Director role as Brandie expands. You'll work closely with our founders, Pranav Kosuri and Douglas Andersson, seasoned entrepreneurs with successful exits. Initially, you'll shadow them to learn the intricacies of our product and market, but you'll be expected to take ownership quickly and drive global expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Case Development: Collaborate with clients to identify needs and build detailed business cases that demonstrate clear value and ROI.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies targeting large enterprises for our SaaS product.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients globally, especially in enterprise settings.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and create strategies to capture them.
  • Ownership of Sales Materials: Prepare compelling presentations and sales materials independently, tailored to each client’s unique needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the founders and a global team to drive the company's sales success.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales performance, making data-driven adjustments to meet targets.

What We're Looking For:

  • Management Consulting Experience: A strong background working at a recognized management consulting firm, with demonstrable experience in developing business cases and building client strategies.
  • Proven Sales Experience: A track record in closing large Enterprise SaaS deals, preferably with international clients.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically, develop long-term sales strategies, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Independent and Driven: A proactive leader who thrives with minimal supervision and takes full ownership of tasks.
  • Strong Presentation Skills: Ability to create persuasive presentations and sales materials.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A team player able to work seamlessly with a global team and directly with the founders.
