Responsibilities:

━ Manage and create content for our social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and others).
━ Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster conversations that align with our brand’s voice.
━ Track and analyze performance metrics to refine and improve social media campaigns.
━ Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media, crypto, fintech, and digital marketing.
━ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns and align messaging with overall marketing strategy.
━ Identify opportunities for growth and new platforms to expand our social media presence.

Requirements:

━ 2+ years of experience in managing social media for a brand, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or a related field.
━ Proven track record of growing social media engagement and followers across multiple platforms.
━ Deep understanding of content creation, including visuals, captions, hashtags, and platform algorithms.
━ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
━ Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
━ Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
━ Passion for fintech, blockchain, and the digital economy.
