Social Media Manager

Role Overview:
As a Social Media Manager at IBC Group, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies for our clients. You will develop engaging content, manage social media accounts, and work to increase reach and engagement on various platforms. Additionally, you will build relationships with influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and Power Users from other projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance clients’ online presence.
Create engaging content tailored for different social media platforms.
Manage social media accounts, ensuring regular updates and interaction with followers.
Analyze social media metrics to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Reach out to influencers, KOLs, and Power Users to build partnerships and increase brand visibility.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay current with the latest social media practices.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the web3 or blockchain space.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and automation tools.
Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create engaging content.
Experience with influencer marketing and community outreach.
Passion for web3 technology and decentralized communities.
