Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate Marketing Intern who will assist the marketing team in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement. As an intern, you will get hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and more in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management: Assist in managing Ayuryuj’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including scheduling posts, interacting with followers, and increasing engagement.
2. Content Creation: Help create compelling content (blogs, posts, infographics) related to healthcare, Ayurveda, and e-commerce to engage our target audience.
3. Market Research: Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to provide insights that drive marketing strategies.
4. Email Marketing: Assist in drafting and executing email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and product updates.
5. SEO & SEM Optimization: Support in optimizing website content for SEO and assist in managing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
6. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: Help identify influencers, affiliates, and potential partners for collaborations to expand Ayuryuj’s reach.
7. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns (social media, email, and website traffic) and prepare reports with actionable insights.
8. Brand Strategy: Work on developing innovative strategies to enhance brand recognition and customer loyalty.

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
5. Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar for creating marketing materials.
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
7. Creative thinker with a proactive, can-do attitude.
8. Passion for healthcare and wellness industries is a plus.
