DevSignal is looking for a motivated and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be part of our founding sales team. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company that helps startups hire vetted offshore developers. You’ll play a critical role in building and refining our outreach efforts, working closely with the founder to generate leads, develop relationships, and close deals.
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential clients (early-stage startup founders, VC-backed companies)
Manage outbound campaigns via cold email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
Work closely with the founder and marketing team to refine messaging and target audiences
Build strong relationships with potential clients, nurturing them from first contact to conversion
Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team
Collaborate on closing deals, with the potential to move up into a closing role
What We’re Looking For:
Ambitious, self-driven individual who can thrive in a startup environment
Strong communication skills, especially in email and LinkedIn outreach
Previous experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role is preferred, but not required
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-moving sales process
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to help shape the sales strategy
Excited about working with startups and technology
