ABOUT THE ROLE

· Raise capital from strategic HNWIs, celebrities, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
· Lead business and community development initiatives.
· Oversee and coordinate management of business operations, finance, HR, and legal departments.

ABOUT YOU

· Proven ability to attract and raise capital.
· Extensive experience in building communities, associations, and/or organizations.
· Highly networked and connected in sought after social circles.
· Execution-focused and detail-oriented.
· Demonstrates integrity and aligns with company values.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a business or management role.
· Proven track record of organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and interpersonal abilities.
· Ownerships, responsibility, and making things happen. You don’t forget, you find a way and deliver.
· Above all communication: you can talk to anyone, you can deliver a sales pitch even when woken up in the middle of the night, and you know how to listen and answer.
· Impeccable at problem solving in real time and navigating your way in ambiguity.
· Hungry for meeting new people, facilitating introductions, attending and organizing gatherings, and building network.
· Master in task management, prioritizing and project management. Impeccable work hygiene.

COMP PACKAGE

· Market-based base salary with performance bonuses post-fundraise.
· Significant equity stake with additional incentives.
