JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Overview:
The COO will oversee the development and launch of new product lines, manage sourcing and factory operations, and implement strategies to enhance overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, operational optimization, and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development: Lead the development of new product lines, from concept to market launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet market needs and drive business growth.
Sourcing and Factory Management: Manage sourcing strategies and oversee relationships with manufacturing partners. Ensure quality control and efficiency in factory operations.
Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing operations team. Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in product development, sourcing, and factory management.
Strong track record of improving operational efficiency and scaling product lines.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
