The platform has acquired and successfully tested the model with 4 properties in Venice Beach, CA, Jackson Hole, WY, Southampton, NY, and Miami Beach, FL.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Raise capital from strategic HNWIs, celebrities, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead business and community development initiatives.
• Oversee and coordinate management of business and our properties including operations, finance, HR, and legal departments.

• Proven ability to attract and raise capital.
• Extensive experience in investing, acquiring, and managing real estate properties.
• Highly networked and connected in sought after social circles.
• Execution-focused and detail-oriented.
• Demonstrates integrity and aligns with company values.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a business or management role.
• Proven track record of organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ownership, responsibility, and making things happen. You don’t forget, you find a way and deliver.
• Above all communication: you can talk to anyone, you can deliver a sales pitch even when woken up in the middle of the night, and you know how to listen and answer.
• Impeccable at problem solving in real time and navigating your way in ambiguity.

• Hungry for meeting new people, facilitating introductions, attending and organizing gatherings, and building network.
• Master in task management, prioritizing and project management. Impeccable work hygiene.

COMP PACKAGE

• Market-based base salary with performance bonuses.
