Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients across various channels. You will play a critical role in expanding zipBoard's market presence and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients through research and networking, focusing on key industries that benefit from zipBoard’s solutions.
Utilize all three channels—LinkedIn, email, and phone calls—to engage prospects, build relationships, and qualify leads.
Implement email automation tools to streamline outreach efforts and ensure effective follow-ups, enhancing lead engagement and conversion rates.
Conduct high-volume outreach campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize messaging and maximize response rates.
Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation to sales.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information on prospects, interactions, and deal progress.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategies based on feedback and market trends.
Achieve or exceed monthly lead generation and meeting scheduling targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using LinkedIn for lead generation and relationship building.
Familiarity with email automation tools and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
