Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new business leads to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow their career in sales.
What you'll do:
- Prospect and generate qualified leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social selling.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand target markets, industry trends, and competitor landscape to tailor outreach strategies.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients, effectively communicate our value proposition, and identify their pain points.
- Conduct product demos and presentations, confidently showcasing how our solutions address client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads, nurture opportunities, and progress them through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation targets.otas
Who you are:
- A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a minimum of 1-2 years experience in sales or a similar sales role in a B2B SaaS company (required).
- Proven experience in lead generation and prospecting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with people at all levels.
- A strong understanding of business acumen and the ability to identify business needs.
- Adept at research and data analysis to identify and target ideal customer profiles.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools (e.g., email automation platforms).
- Can work in a small company.

- Remote setting (We hire anywhere)
- Our main hub is in Vancouver, and most of our teams are working in EST and PST
- Collaboration hours: 9:00AM to 1:00PM EST
