Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Craft and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients in the AI and marketing sectors.
Lead Generation and Networking: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging industry contacts.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including contract negotiations and finalizing agreements.
Content Creation and Marketing:
Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our sales goals and brand positioning.
Content Creation: Create compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, case studies, and white papers, to drive engagement and attract potential clients.
Social Media Management: Manage Gaana AI's social media channels, curating and sharing content that highlights our AI-driven solutions and industry insights.
Content Distribution: Implement and optimize strategies for distributing content across various channels to maximize reach and impact.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement.
Market Research and Analysis:
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and content creation efforts.
Analytical Insights: Use data and market analysis to develop targeted sales and content marketing strategies.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies, content marketing efforts, and product offerings.
Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, content effectiveness, and client feedback to the management team.
Qualifications
Proven Sales and Marketing Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and content marketing, preferably in the AI or tech industry.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and create compelling content.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage client interactions and sales processes.
Content Creation Skills: Demonstrated ability to create and manage content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
Social Media Savvy: Experience managing social media channels and creating content that aligns with brand messaging and goals.
Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and content performance to develop targeted sales and marketing strategies.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with AI and marketing technologies is a plus.
