Adelaide Metrics is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee client relationships, ensuring a seamless experience and a strong partnership. Join a forward-thinking company revolutionizing the digital media landscape with evidence-based metrics, promoting transparency in media quality.
What you will do:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, providing support before, during, and after campaigns.
- Articulate Adelaide’s value proposition and recommend optimizations based on data insights.
- Drive adoption of Adelaide's AU metric across brands, agencies, and partners in media planning and buying.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to strengthen relationships and expand your portfolio.
- Partner with the Analytics team to deliver impactful reports, including custom analyses that align with client objectives.
- Act as a product expert, guiding clients through Adelaide’s measurement data.
- Coordinate with the Technical Account Management team for seamless campaign setup.
- Support AdOps for smooth implementation and execution of campaigns.
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or advertising.
- Exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Skilled in data visualization and interpretation.
- Proficient in Excel for data handling and analysis.
- Strong presentation and story telling skills.
