Who We Are

From project management and team collaboration to CRM, task automation, and robust home inspection report writing, ManageBee simplifies daily workflows, saving businesses time and money.
Product Status
We've built a comprehensive and robust MVP with key features already in place. Users can create appointments, send automated emails and text messages, and generate professional home inspection reports with ease. We're currently refining the platform, addressing any outdated versions, APIs, and packaging to ensure a smooth and stable user experience. We're committed to ensuring core functions are working flawlessly, with no data loss concerns. Our goal is to launch a paid beta program next month, and we're excited to get ManageBee into the hands of real users!

As our Founding CTO, you will:
Spearhead technological innovation: Lead the technical vision, strategy, and architecture for ManageBee's platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. This includes making key decisions about our tech stack, with a current focus on React and React Native for our web and mobile applications.
Drive product development: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new features and functionalities, prioritizing scalability, security, and performance. You'll guide the development process, leveraging your expertise in React and React Native to build high-quality, user-friendly applications.
Build a world-class team: Assemble and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement. You'll recruit talented engineers with experience in React and React Native to join our growing team.
Collaborate closely with leadership: Partner with the CEO and COO to define the product roadmap, prioritize development efforts, and ensure timely execution. You'll be a key part of the leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making and driving the company's success.
Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and trends in the SaaS and home service industries to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Be a customer champion: Champion a customer-centric approach to development, ensuring the platform meets the evolving needs of our users and provides exceptional value.
We're looking for someone who has:
Proven leadership: Demonstrated experience as a CTO or VP of Engineering in a SaaS environment, with a strong track record of success.
Technical mastery: Deep technical expertise in software development, architecture, cloud technologies (AWS preferred), and DevOps practices. Strong proficiency in React and React Native is essential.
Startup mentality: A passion for building innovative products from the ground up and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
Exceptional communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Home service industry knowledge: A solid understanding of the home service sector and the unique challenges faced by businesses in this industry is a major plus.
Compensation
We're offering a unique opportunity to join ManageBee at the ground level. Initially, compensation will be in the form of sweat equity, with a significant 10% ownership stake in the company. As we secure funding and generate revenue, we will transition to a competitive salary and benefits package as soon as resources allow.
