Customer Solutions Consultant

What You'll Do

• Build out Arvaʼs top-of-funnel business development pipeline for people going through fertility journeys by identifying, qualifying, and engaging with new customers
• Collaborate directly with the Operations team members to build strategy, experiment, and iterate, to drive high-conversion leads
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to create and optimize clear communication of value propositions
• Nurture and resolve outbound campaigns to key cross-functional stakeholders. Track customer journeys, capturing details to provide personalised support.
• Learn, iterate, and innovate. Build, test, and measure different outbound strategies
• Own the entire inbound lead channel and build out an efficient process for qualification
• Be resourceful. Send personalised and creative outbound campaigns to prospects and understand qualified leads Who you are
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages, including English and Hindi.
• Strong empathy and ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns.
• Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in healthcare/mental health or related industries.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail for documenting customer interactions.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
