Home.LLC is looking for a sharp, problem-solving professional, preferably with high-growth startups experience. You’ll own high-impact projects, work across teams to tackle key challenges, and partner with the founders to drive our top priorities forward.

Job Outcomes

• Build and maintain a mind-map of all the projects that we need to do across Home.llc to generate our revenue goals
• Regularly update project prioritization matrix based on feedback from customer-facing individuals (PropTech CEOs for analytics, Head of HRs, clients who scale our services, talent who applies with us, stays with us, and becomes a helpful alumni)
• Eliminate bottlenecks for captains while keeping us at positive P&L

Job Requirements

• Hyper-obsessed with organization and documentation to manage all moving parts efficiently
• Demonstrate systems-level thinking by providing an in-depth solution to a systemic problem.
• Must have direct experience in leading projects from inception (0 to 1) to growth (1 to 10), either personally or professionally
• Ability to build highly-personal relationships across an org. chart
• Good culture fit on freedom and responsibility
• Comfortable working US hours and weekends
