Aviate is solving pressing problems to unlock a multi-billion dollar opportunity and a chance to transform the recruitment and job-preparation markets.

We are creating a suite of recruitment products for job seekers and employers. We currently operate Aviate, our B2C employability enhancement and placement product for job-seekers and Q-Rate, our B2B SaaS play targeted at large employers and recruitment agencies.

We are a profitably growing venture with over 100 clients and have been backed by the Quant Fund of AngeLlist (Wellfound) along with some prominent entrepreneurs of the Indian startup ecosystem including founders of companies like Khatabook, Lets Transport and Housing.com.

This role is essentially that of a quasi/mini CEO for our business. We're looking for a smart hustler that can straddle different functions like operations, sales, strategy and marketing across various projects. It's not an easy role but we can promise a lotta exacting problems, challenges and an amazing learning curve that will hold you in good stead in the future.

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role in (founder's office or Chief of Staff) is preferred.
• Insatiably hungry folks that are looking to prove something to themselves and to the world.
• Familliarity with AI tools, agents and LLMs is MANDATORY.
• Experience in sales and operations is strongly preferred.
