Key Responsibilities:

●Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations across all business functions,

ensuring maximum efficiency, streamlined processes, and optimal resource utilization.

●Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the C-suite to develop and execute

comprehensive business strategies that align with the company’s long-term objectives and growth targets.

●Cross-functional Management: Lead and manage finance, operations, marketing, and

business development teams to ensure seamless integration and achievement of company goals.

●Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with key

clients, vendors, and strategic stakeholders to maintain and grow the company’s business pipeline.

●Business Development: Identify new opportunities for business growth, driving

innovation and expansion into new markets and service areas.

●Financial Management: Ensure financial performance meets company goals,

developing and implementing strategies for profitability and long-term sustainability.

●Global Expansion: Explore and execute growth opportunities in local and international

markets, leveraging market insights to stay competitive.

●Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, fostering a

collaborative, high-energy, and results-driven culture.

●Continuous Improvement: Monitor industry trends and market shifts to proactively

adapt business strategies, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements:

●Leadership Experience: 5+ years of senior leadership experience within top-tier

advertising, media, or marketing agencies such as Havas, Publicis, WPP, GroupM,

Dentsu, or Madison World.

●Track Record of Success: Proven ability to drive substantial business growth and

operational excellence across diverse business units.

●Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in media, advertising, and digital marketing, with a

strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies.

●Strategic Vision: Ability to think critically and strategically, translating high-level

objectives into actionable business plans.

●Exceptional Communication Skills: Adept at building relationships and communicating

effectively with C-level executives, clients, and cross-functional teams.

●Operational Expertise: Strong experience in managing large-scale operations and

delivering against key performance indicators (KPIs).

●Client Management: Skilled in maintaining and growing relationships with top-tier

clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.

●Education: MBA or equivalent qualifications are preferred, though not mandatory for
