Job Overview: We are looking for an external contractor to help us create and centralize our affiliate marketing strategy. This is a senior role, focused on building a robust affiliate program, driving lead generation, and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) and pay-per-lead (PPL) campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in affiliate marketing within the service industry, a vast network of affiliates, and expertise in online advertising. This position is commission-based, though pay is negotiable based on experience and scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Design, implement, and centralize a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy focused on PPC and PPL.
- Identify and recruit high-quality affiliates to drive conversions and optimize pay-perclick and pay-per-lead marketing.
- Develop and execute promotional offers and campaigns that are relevant to the service industry and drive affiliate performance.
Affiliate Program Management:
- Oversee the full affiliate program lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, activation, and ongoing performance management.
- Leverage your existing vast network of affiliates and partners to grow and optimize the affiliate program.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring long-term success and scalability.
Campaign Optimization:
- Optimize and manage Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Microsoft Ads for maximum affiliate and company ROI.
- Implement strategies for improving affiliate performance through PPC, PPL, and other advertising channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing assets and materials for affiliate partners. o Conduct A/B testing and offer variations to improve campaign effectiveness and results.
Compliance & Brand Alignment:
- Ensure all affiliate campaigns and content are aligned with company branding, messaging, and compliance guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure affiliates follow company policies and legal requirements.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics to provide actionable insights for improving campaign results.
- Prepare and present regular reports on affiliate marketing performance, including recommendations for growth and revenue enhancement.
- Use data-driven strategies to optimize spending and maximize ROI across all affiliate and advertising channels.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Previous or current affiliate marketer with a proven record of successfully managing PPC and PPL campaigns.
- Vast network of affiliates, influencers, and partners, especially in the service industry.
- Expertise in advertising via Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
- Proven ability to drive results in lead generation and pay-per-call campaigns. Skills:
- Proficient in affiliate tracking tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CJ Affiliate, Impact, ShareASale).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple affiliate relationships.
- Ability to analyze data, make data-driven decisions, and improve campaign performance through optimization strategies. Preferred Skills:
- Good to have expertise in Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook advertising.
- Knowledge of SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance marketing strategies. Education:
- Education is not a primary requirement—your network and proven experience in the affiliate marketing space are what matter most. • Expertise in pay-per-click, pay-per-lead, and pay-per-call marketing within the service industry. • Experience managing cross-channel marketing, including paid media on Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Microsoft Ads. • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Compensation:
- This role is commission-based, with negotiable pay based on experience and performance.
