You will be responsible for driving online sales, engaging with customers via chat, email, and social media, and promoting our products. This role involves providing excellent customer service, understanding our product line, and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
• Process orders and ensure smooth online sales transactions
• Assist in achieving sales targets and promotions
