Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and Engage New Partners:
• Research and identify potential partners that align with Workelevate’s strategic goals.
• Reach out to potential partners and present the value proposition of partnering with Workelevate.
2. Conduct Product Demonstrations:
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Workelevate.
• Customize demonstrations to address the specific needs and pain points of potential partners.
3. Manage Proof of Concepts (POCs):
• Collaborate with potential partners to set up and manage POCs with Product Team, ensuring successful outcomes.
4. Onboard New Partners:
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth transition
• Provide necessary training and resources to enable partners.
5. Generate leads in the Partners:
• Once partners are onboarded, generate leads by working with the sales/solution team of the partner.
• Give client presentation/demo to the client’s partner
• Jointly work with Sales Head for pricing and closure.

Requirements:
• Must have 4-8 years of experience in Inside sales
• Experience in Partnering and Alliance would be preferred
• Graduation from B.Tech, MBA, MSC, MCA or equivalent
• Experience in SAAS/Software/IT industry
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
• Proficiency in MS-Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
