About Us:
At DripDoc, we are redefining health and wellness with our concierge-level telehealth and mobile IV therapy services. We’re looking for a Growth Hacker to take the lead on our marketing and growth strategies, helping us rapidly scale our customer base and increase brand awareness.
The Role:
We’re seeking a Growth Hacker who thrives on experimentation and data-driven marketing strategies. This is a part-time role with equity-based compensation (0.5% - 2%), vesting over 5 years, with the potential to evolve into a full-time position as we scale. Initially, this position will be equity-only, but a cash component may be added later.
As the Growth Hacker, your mission is to find creative, low-cost ways to rapidly grow our user base. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Growth Strategy: Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to acquire and retain customers.
• A/B Testing & Experimentation: Run experiments on various marketing channels to see what works and scale successful campaigns.
• Performance Marketing: Manage paid advertising across platforms like Google and Meta, optimize campaigns, and measure ROI.
• Sales Funnels & Conversions: Build and optimize sales funnels, landing pages, and lead capture systems to maximize conversions.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and analytics to make informed decisions on which marketing strategies to pursue.
• CRM Automation: Develop automated marketing workflows (email, SMS) to nurture leads and re-engage customers.
• Omnichannel Approach: Identify new marketing channels and opportunities for rapid growth, including viral campaigns, partnerships, and guerrilla marketing tactics.
In addition to the equity compensation, you may also be eligible for commission-based incentives based on new customer acquisition and campaign performance.
What We’re Looking For:
• Growth Mindset: Someone who is obsessed with finding ways to scale, whether through paid ads, organic growth, or viral strategies.
• Data-Driven: You love diving into the numbers and figuring out how to optimize every piece of the customer journey.
• Performance Marketer: Proven experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platforms.
• Hands-On: You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and try new things, whether that’s creating content, running A/B tests, or setting up landing pages.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You thrive in a startup environment and are willing to experiment and iterate quickly.
