The Role:
We’re seeking a Fractional CMO who can join us on our journey to scale. This is a part-time role with equity-based compensation (0.5% - 2%), vesting over 5 years, with the potential to evolve into a full-time position as the company grows. Initially, this position will be equity-only, but as we scale, a cash component may be added.
As the CMO, you will own the development and execution of our digital marketing strategy, and you’ll be responsible for the following:
• Marketing Campaigns: Set up and manage campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and more.
• Budget & Optimization: Allocate budgets with my approval, monitor performance, and iterate strategies to optimize results.
• Landing Pages & Funnels: Build high-converting landing pages, create sales funnels, and ensure seamless integration with CRM systems.
• CRM Automation: Develop automated workflows and triggers to nurture leads via SMS, email, newsletters, and other touchpoints.
• Tracking & Analytics: Implement Google and Meta pixels to track conversions, analyze data, and ensure campaign success.
• Omnichannel Engagement: Manage email, SMS, and newsletter campaigns to ensure consistent communication and engagement with leads and customers.
• Resource Allocation: Determine if additional resources like videographers, copywriters, or designers are needed to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
In addition to the equity compensation, you may also be eligible for commission-based incentives based on new customer acquisition and campaign performance.
What We’re Looking For:
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience building and scaling online campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and others.
• Landing Page & Sales Funnel Experience: Ability to create and optimize landing pages and sales funnels that convert visitors into leads and customers.
• CRM & Automation Skills: Experience with CRM automation, including setting up triggers, email/SMS campaigns, and using tools to track lead nurturing efforts.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with Google/Meta pixels for tracking and optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to track, measure, and iterate on marketing strategies to ensure high ROI.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You believe in our services, are results-oriented, and are excited about joining a startup for the long term.
• Experience in Omnichannel Marketing: Expertise in managing email, SMS, newsletters, and more to create a seamless customer journey.
