Wondr is developing a next generation application transforming the way individuals connect, share, and engage. Alongside our product, Wondr operates a venture studio, where we develop branding, growth, marketing, and product strategies and programs for startups in emerging technologies including AI and Web3.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a high EQ contract-to-full-time Marketing & Operations Lead to join our team and help grow awareness and scale operations for Wondr, and for our venture studio clients. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, this role requires a unique blend of creativity, people skills, project management skills, and a passion for the digital and startup ecosystem. A significant aspect of this role involves assisting the Founder & CEO with fundraising activities, including research, development of investor materials, meeting scheduling, and follow-up support, and project management of Wondr Venture Studio clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing Execution: Work with the CEO to devise and execute robust marketing and community engagement strategies for Wondr and associated startups within our venture studio, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Support Fundraising Activities: Assist the Founder & CEO in fundraising efforts by crafting and implementing compelling materials, presentations, and campaigns to attract and engage potential investors, including scheduling investor meetings, coordinating logistics, and providing follow-up support to ensure a smooth and efficient fundraising process.
• Cross-Project Support: Support a variety of marketing and operations projects across our venture studio's clients, ensuring efficient project management.
• Brand and Community Development: Elevate the Wondr brand and the brands of our venture studio clients through compelling storytelling, content creation, and innovative campaigns across multiple channels.
• Engagement and Analytics: Foster vibrant, engaged communities for Wondr and our startup clients. Use analytics to track campaign performance, inform strategy adjustments, and drive growth.
• Content Creation and Management: Produce and manage engaging content across platforms, including blog posts, newsletters, social media content, and promotional materials for both Wondr and our venture studio's clients.
• Partnership and Network Expansion: Build strategic partnerships with brands, influencers, and other stakeholders to enhance community engagement and brand visibility for Wondr and our venture studio' clients.
• Feedback Integration: Act as a liaison between Wondr and our community, partners, and startup clients, ensuring community feedback informs product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the tech or design space.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and community engagement tactics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics tools to measure performance and inform strategy.
• Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Passion for emerging, Web3, and blockchain technology is a plus.
