Job Description:
Tickete is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service and operations within the travel industry. As a Customer Operations Intern, you will support our Customer Operations in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers from booking to travel completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Provide information and guidance on travel products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to senior team members as needed.
Booking Management:
- Support the processing and management of travel bookings.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of booking details in the system.
- Assist in coordinating changes, cancellations, and special requests.
Operational Support:
- Help monitor and manage customer feedback and reviews.
- Assist in maintaining and updating customer records and databases.
- Support the preparation and analysis of customer service reports and metrics.
Catalogue Management:
- Assist in maintaining and updating Tickete's travel product catalogue, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for flights, hotels, and travel packages.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure that all offerings are correctly listed and optimized for customer discovery and booking.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Participate in collaborative projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
