The Proposal Writer will support the proposal development process in response to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFI’s), content development, executive summaries, ad-hoc proposals and custom writing assignments. The ability to meet deadlines, a commitment to teamwork, and detailed follow-through will be the key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:　

• Reads, reviews, and dissects requests for proposals (RFPs) in accordance with Proposal Management processes and procedures
• Coordinates and project manages the RFP and RFI process including proofreading all materials
• Conduct in-depth research on RFP technical/functional areas
• Writes clear and persuasive proposal sections for competitive proposals. Assignments may range from producing discrete subsections to gather content to writing and leading entire proposal volumes
• Collaborates with other subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information to obtain the necessary information to clearly articulate a winning strategy, compelling solutions, and substantiated themes
• Researches and combines information from multiple sources into a cohesive, easy-to-read, and persuasive final product
• Create and organize a RFP database solution to support the RFP process ongoing
• Take "bullet points" from others and then write up RFP responses; translate complicated ideas into language easily understood by others
• Solicit and use constructive feedback to make needed changes to documents and proposals.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proven success winning proposals
• MUST have a minimum of 5 years of RFP and proposal writing experience to include, but not limited to experience in a healthcare setting, government (federal) or education preferred
• Client centered mentality and passion for customer
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook and third-party RFP and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Innate aptitude for problem solving
• Incredible work ethic
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $33.65 to $38.46 hourly, which equates to $70,000 to $80,000 annually.
