What You'll Do:
As our Head of Licensing, you'll be the maestro orchestrating all things licensing, ensuring that Lil Smiley not only brings joy but also partners with the biggest names in the industry. Here's a sneak peek at your daily giggles:

• Manage Licensing Agreements: Oversee and negotiate licensing deals with major brands and entities like CAA, Philip Morris, Disney, and more. Ensure all agreements align with our brand vision and strategic goals.
• Legal Expertise: Handle all legal aspects related to licensing, including contract drafting, review, and compliance. Work closely with legal advisors to safeguard Smile Corp’s interests.
• Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and licensors. Be the friendly face (and sharp mind) that ensures our partnerships are smooth and mutually beneficial.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement licensing strategies that expand Lil Smiley’s presence across various platforms and markets. Identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Chief Content Officer, Sales & Account Manager, and Art Director to ensure licensing agreements enhance our product offerings and marketing efforts.
• Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor licensing activities. Provide insights and recommendations to keep Smile Corp at the forefront of the licensing game.
• Budget Management: Oversee the licensing budget, ensuring cost-effective deals and maximizing return on investment. Keep track of expenditures and forecast future licensing needs.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all licensing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with licensing agreements.
