Responsibilities:

● Strategic Projects: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic
projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and achieving business objectives.
● Process Improvement: Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with teams to implement best practices and optimize workflows.
● Business Process Transformation: Support the development and execution of
transformation initiatives that enhance productivity and streamline operations.
● Go-To-Market Strategies: Contribute to the formulation and execution of
go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including
marketing, sales, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution
of strategic initiatives.
● Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and measure the
impact of process improvements and strategic projects.
● Reporting: Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, summarizing
project progress, insights, and recommendations.
● Learning and Development: Participate in training programs and workshops to
enhance your skills and knowledge in management practices and industry trends.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
(Master’s degree is a plus).
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
● Previous internship or project experience in management, process improvement, or
strategic planning is a plus.
