We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in Jayanagar 5th Block, Bangalore.
Role Overview
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of our company while providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Communication: Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments and providing information as needed.
Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, Assist the team with scheduling meetings, including coordinating times and sending calendar invites, and organizing files.
Visitor Coordination: Manage visitor logs and facilitate visitor access by issuing visitor access cards and notifying team members of arrivals.
Office Organization: Maintain the reception area in a tidy and organized manner, ensuring all stationery and materials are stocked (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
Postal/Deliveries Management: Collect and distribute postal mail and deliveries, ensuring timely handling of incoming and outgoing items.
Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, adhering to the company's dress code and representing the organization with discipline.
Coordination: Work closely with other administrative staff to support ongoing projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Requirements
A friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service orientation.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience with office equipment
