About the Position:
We are looking to hire a highly motivated, well spoken Key Account Manager who can help EasyEcom in key account management and customer retention. As a Key Account Manager your daily job would involve developing relationships with clients and ensuring their expectations are being met.
About EasyEcom:
EasyEcom is an AI-based analytics-driven eCommerce platform catering to brands and multichannel retailers like Epigamia, Mondelez international, My Glamm, Borosil, Prestige, etc.
The platform is seeing rapid adoption from brands globally. The team consists of experienced eCommerce veterans and a highly experienced technical team having more than 35 years of experience. We are backed by marquee investors from India as well as the US.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Developing strong relationships between key clients and companies.
● Resolving key client’s issues and complaints promptly.
● Understanding the business needs of key accounts, and providing them with an effective solution.
● Managing communication between the key accounts and Sales Team.
● Pitching to key accounts Presenting reports on account progress, and sharing future goals with other team members.
Requirements:
• MBA fresh graduates with a passion for client relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills and listening skills.
• Fluency in both English and Hindi.
• Ability to quickly grasp the company’s product offerings.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
