Job Description:
We believe that the right brand partnerships can amplify our growth by enhancing the rewards available to our renters. That’s why we’re searching for a dynamic and strategic Head of Brand Partnerships. This role will lead efforts to secure and maintain partnerships with top brands, curating a selection of rewards that are both cost-neutral and revenue-generating for Piñata. You will drive direct outreach, negotiate deals, and build lasting relationships with brands that resonate with our renter community.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with various internal teams to ensure our rewards program is engaging, valuable, and innovative. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end brand partnership strategy to attract high-quality, cost-neutral rewards and revenue-generating offers.
Develop and execute on a brand outreach plan, focusing on securing partnerships that align with our renter demographic and support Piñata’s goals.
Negotiate deals with new brand partners that result in a mix of free products and commission-based rewards.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, and the Executive teams to execute seamless integration and promotion of brand rewards.
Regularly evaluate partner performance and program success metrics, leveraging data to optimize and scale our rewards offerings.
Drive creative promotional strategies and campaigns that increase user engagement and encourage reward redemption.
Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging partnership opportunities that could benefit our members.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or a similar field.
Proven track record in direct brand outreach, negotiations, and dealmaking.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders at prospective partner companies.
Experience with loyalty programs or rewards platforms is a plus.
Solid project management skills, with the ability to drive multiple initiatives concurrently.
Analytical and data-driven, with a focus on using insights to optimize and innovate the rewards program.
