What to expect from the role?
As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales efforts by providing technical expertise and driving successful integration of our fraud detection and identity verification solutions. You will work closely with our customers, sales team, and development teams to understand customer requirements, develop customised solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
How will your day look like at Bureau?
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop technical solutions tailored to their requirements
Collaborating with product managers to gather and communicate client and market needs, aiming to influence product improvements.
Conduct technical pre-sales activities, including RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFI (Request for Information) responses, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our solutions
Lead the integration efforts for new clients, ensuring smooth and timely implementation of our fraud detection and identity verification solutions
Work closely with the development team to provide feedback and suggestions for product enhancements and new features based on customer requirements and market trends
Assist clients with API and SDK integration, troubleshooting any technical issues, and providing guidance on best practices
Utilize your expertise in SQL and Python to manipulate and analyze data as needed for fraud analysis and reporting
Provide technical training and support to clients, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our solutions and can effectively leverage them to address their fraud detection and identity verification needs
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to fraud detection, identity verification, and data security
What does it take to be in this role?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5-8 yrs of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in fraud detection, identity verification, or related fields
Strong technical background with proficiency in API and SDK integration
Solid understanding of SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
Familiarity with fraud analysis techniques and tools is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Demonstrated experience in handling RFP and RFI processes
Experience in the financial services or e-commerce industry is a plus
Based in India, with a preference for candidates located in Bangalore
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Work experience: 5-8 yrs
Work Style: 5 days in office in Koramangala, Bengaluru
