No-Code Developer Intern

We’re looking for a talented No-Code Developer to help our clients design customized CRM tools using our platform.

Role Overview:
As a No-Code Developer, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business processes and requirements. Your main responsibility will be to use our in-house no-code tool to develop customized CRM systems for businesses we onboard. This role involves translating customer needs into functional, scalable, and efficient CRMs without writing traditional code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with businesses to gather CRM requirements and understand their workflows.
• Use our no-code tool to design, build, and customize CRM systems that fit each business’s unique needs.
• Provide creative and efficient solutions for managing customer data, automating workflows, and enhancing customer relationships.
• Continuously improve the user experience by optimizing and tweaking CRM solutions based on client feedback.
• Work alongside the product and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support.
• Train clients on how to use their customized CRM systems effectively.
• Ensure each CRM is scalable, flexible, and aligned with best practices for business process automation.

Requirements:

Experience with no-code/low-code development platforms (e.g., Bubble, Adalo, Airtable, Zapier) or strong interest in no-code tools.
Ability to understand and map out business workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to building business solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to work closely with clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
A keen eye for detail and user experience.
Bonus: Prior experience in building or customizing CRM systems.
