The Job:


We are looking for a growth-oriented, positive-minded, talented, and motivated software engineer to join our team as the lead Software Engineer for our AI Agents for inbound sales. You will be based in New York (or remote) and report directly to the company’s co-founder and CTO.

What you’re signing up for:


AI Agent Development

  • Design and develop advanced AI Agents designed to exceed human performance
  • Enhance the capabilities and usability of our AI Agent framework, with a focus on scalability, ease of configuration, and control
  • Build AI Agents with the ability to write or extend AI frameworks where necessary, rather than relying on existing, new AI agent frameworks
  • Lead the expansion of our roster of off-the-shelf AI Agents and AI Agent capabilities to enable rapid deployment and scaling
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to deliver AI Agent improvements
  • Design and build automated analytics to measure outcomes across thousands of AI Agent conversations to quantify performance and opportunities for improvement

Strategy and; Culture

  • Act as a thought partner to the founders on technical strategy and team scaling
  • Mentor and guide future engineers, helping them grow and fostering a collaborative team environment

The outcomes you will drive:

  • Increase the percentage of leads converted by our AI Agent compared to human sales agents
  • Reduce the time required to configure and launch AI Agent for each client
  • Ensure each client’s AI Agent meets pre-defined business KPIs

You are:


  • A software engineer with minimum five years experience (bonus: Experience in early-stage startups)
  • An expert in building applications using Python (bonus: Familiarity and interest in AI Agent frameworks like Langchain, Autogen, or LlamaIndex)
  • An excellent verbal communicator, who excels at crafting clear prompts (bonus: Experience with prompt engineering)
  • Experienced with ML pipelines (bonus: Experience working with NLP and RAG systems)
  • Able to work with customer requirements and specifications, delivering end-to-end solutions
  • A quick learner with the ability to adopt new frameworks or build custom solutions when necessary

  • A total owner who delivers end-to-end solutions and cracks yet unsolved problems

  • You ship rapidly, iterating quickly to drive progress
