Senior Frontend Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Leverage Our Cutting-Edge Tech Stack: Dive deep into Expo, React Native, NestJS, TS-Rest, Zod, NextJS, ShadCN, Tailwind, and Drizzle-ORM to craft seamless and robust frontend experiences while also delving into backend, API, and database functionalities
• Architect and Enhance Global Mobile Applications: Lead the charge in architecting, building, and refining our globally-used mobile applications, Inkitt and Galatea, ensuring they remain at the forefront of innovation and user satisfaction
• Drive Feature Development and Quality: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ideate, develop, and deploy new features swiftly without compromising on quality, ensuring a stellar user experience with every update
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and Designers to align technical solutions with product goals, contributing valuable insights and technical expertise to the product roadmap
• Innovate and Elevate User Experience: Champion innovative architecture and technology choices that elevate our mobile apps to a world-class standard, constantly pushing the boundaries to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Tech Exploration and Adaptation: Keep pace with evolving technologies, proactively exploring and integrating new tools and frameworks to enhance user experiences and stay ahead in the dynamic digital landscape
• User-Centric Approach: Stay closely connected with our user base, understanding their needs, gathering feedback, and implementing actionable insights to continuously enhance our products

What You'll Bring:

• CS degree or in a related field
• 7+ years of experience working within large, well-maintained codebases
• Experience using Typescript and React Native
• Experience mentoring juniors is a plus
• Experience in working with mobile apps as well as understanding a release process in App Store/Google Play is a plus

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000—$200,000 USD. Compensation will be determined by skill level, proficiencies, and experience.
